Community Guidelines

Be kind and lawful

TonTV is a place to enjoy short dramas together. These guidelines apply to comments, names, avatars, messages to support and anything else you post. They sit under the Terms of Service.

• No hate, harassment, threats, bullying, or content that sexually exploits minors or otherwise puts their safety at risk. Nothing illegal.
• No spam, scams, fake giveaways or invite-farming, and no pretending to be TonTV, Telegram or someone else.
• No personal information about other people (phone, address, ID, private photos) without their permission.
• No spoilers that ruin a title for others, and no pirated links.
• Never ask anyone for passwords, login codes, seed phrases or private keys. TonTV never asks for them either.

Fair rewards

Don't use scripts, bots, extra accounts or tricks to collect rewards, skip ads or get around limits. See the TP Policy.

What happens when someone breaks the rules?

We may hide or remove content, warn you, hold back or reverse rewards, limit features, or suspend an account. Serious or repeated breaches, or illegal content, can lead to a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.

We try to tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@tontv.io and ask us to take another look.

How do I report something?

Use Report on a comment, or write to support@tontv.io. For copyright, see Copyright & Reports. We aim to review reports within 2 business days. Urgent safety reports get priority, and we act within any deadline the law sets. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Age

You must be at least 14 in Korea and at least 16 in Vietnam and elsewhere (or older if local law says so) to use TonTV. Titles rated 18+ are currently not available to play. Some categories show a mature-content warning before you enter. A warning or confirmation never unlocks a restricted title. If you are not an adult where you live (18, or 19 in Korea), don't open mature categories.
