TP Policy

What is TP?

TP (“Ton Points”) is a points balance inside TonTV. You receive TP when you complete eligible reward activities, as shown in the app. The app shows eligible activities, reward amounts and daily limits. Changes apply to future activities from the date they take effect. A change does not by itself remove TP you have already received or reprice a request you have already sent. We give at least 30 days' notice in the app of material changes.

TP is not money. It is not cash, a bank balance, a deposit, an investment, stored value or a debt TonTV owes you. It has no cash value and you can't buy it with money or crypto.

You can't sell TP, lend it, send it to other users or exchange it outside TonTV. The only exceptions are the uses in this policy.

How do I earn TP?

Watching an episode on its own does not earn TP. TP comes only from eligible reward activities.

Reward ads

Free viewing has one video ad at the end of each episode, up to 15 seconds. It plays after the episode ends and before the next one starts. There are no ads in the middle of an episode. If no ad is available, the next episode starts right away.

The ad can be a global ad or one for viewers in your country, chosen at random. If a sponsor has booked that slot, you see the sponsor's ad.

If you watch an eligible ad all the way through (our server counts an ad as watched when at least 80% of it has played), TP is added to your balance. The amount of TP and the daily limit are shown in the app. If you close an ad early, you get no TP for that ad. Once you reach the daily limit, ads still play but give 0 TP.

VIP skips these ads. A VIP member can also choose to watch rewarded ads for a higher reward.

Inviting friends

You can earn TP when friends you invite reach the milestones shown in the app, for example by finishing the required episodes. Referral rewards depend on your friend completing the required viewing, and on the limits shown in the app. A person can't refer themselves.

Daily limits

Limits are counted per day and reset at midnight Vietnam time (UTC+7). The app shows your limits and what you have earned today.

What can I do with TP?

You can use TP inside TonTV where a feature allows it. For example, you can pay for VIP with TP (see the VIP Terms). Other uses, such as creator support or Market items, appear in the app as they open. Some may be limited, switched off or shown as “coming soon”.

TP you spend is taken from your balance and isn't paid back to you as money. If you pay for VIP with TP and get a refund under the VIP Terms, the TP goes back to your balance.

Can TP be taken back?

Only TonTV's server decides whether a reward is credited. We may hold back, reduce or reverse TP, and limit or close an account, when:

• a reward was given by mistake;
• the rules, the daily limits or the ad-watching requirement weren't met;
• we find fraud, bots or scripts, extra accounts, or abuse of referrals or ads.

Does TP expire?

No. TP has no expiry date today. If that ever changes, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Can I convert TP into TONX?

New TP-to-TONX conversion requests are currently unavailable.

TONX is a token on the TON blockchain. When the feature is available to you, you may submit a request to convert TP into TONX. A request is not an order that we have to accept. This feature may be switched on or off, and may not be available in your country. Requests you already filed continue to be handled safely.

A conversion is completed only after approval and on-chain confirmation, and subject to the law where you live. Acceptance, completion and any result are not guaranteed.

• Rate, fee and limits. The conversion rate, any fee (for example, a fee taken from the TONX you receive) and the minimum and daily limits are shown before you confirm. They can change.
• If it doesn't go through. TP held for a request returns to you if the request fails, is rejected or expires. A request that is still waiting for approval after 72 hours expires.
• If a blockchain result is unclear. We will look into it and update you by the next working day. We can't give a resolution date until we have checked the transaction.
• Your wallet. You need your own TON wallet connected through the wallet connection offered in the app. You are responsible for the wallet, its keys and the address you give us. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
• After conversion. The TONX you receive sits in your wallet, outside TonTV. TonTV never shows TONX as part of your TP balance.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any tax, reporting or legal duty that applies to you.

TonTV does not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and this explanation of TONX is not investment advice or a promise of value.

TONX may have little or no value, may fall in value, may never be listed or tradable, and its price can swing a lot. TonTV makes no promise about any price, market, listing, profit, return or income. TP and TONX are not a way to earn a living or a salary.

Don't convert, buy or hold any token with money you can't afford to lose. TonTV does not accept cryptocurrency as payment for anything. TP cannot be bought with money or cryptocurrency. Use the feature only if you understand the risks and it is lawful where you live.

Where can I use conversion?

Conversion may be offered only in some countries, and we can switch it on or off at any time, including after you have started using TonTV. You must not use it if it is unlawful for you.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. We will show material changes in the app before they take effect. If you keep using TP after the change starts, you accept it.
