How do I ask?

You can ask TonTV to delete your account and personal data, give you a copy, correct it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it for some purpose.

• Write to support@tontv.io.
• Tell us your Telegram username (and your Telegram user ID if you know it) and what you want: delete, copy, correct, restrict or withdraw consent.
• We may ask you to confirm the request is really from you, for example by asking about details only the account owner would know.

Never send passwords or login codes. Don't send ID documents unless we ask and explain why.

What happens next?

We aim to reply within 2 business days and handle your request without undue delay, within any deadline the law where you live sets. If a legal exception or extra time applies, we'll explain why.

• Deleted: your account profile, activity, comments, TP balance and referral links, the device and analytics identifiers we hold, and your uploaded profile photo.
• Kept, or deleted later, where the law requires: payment, refund and tax records, and records we need for disputes or fraud prevention. We keep these limited and locked away.

If we can't do what you ask, we will tell you why and how to complain to the regulator.

What will I lose when my account is deleted?

Deleting your account permanently removes your TP balance and your remaining VIP time. We can't restore them.

• Pending TONX conversion? You can ask us to delete your data even if a TONX conversion is pending. Tell us about it, so we keep only the records needed to settle it.
• Stars VIP that renews? Cancel it first: open TonTV → Me → Subscriptions, tap Manage on the VIP card, turn off Auto-renew and confirm. You can also cancel it in Telegram's subscription settings. Deleting your data does not cancel a Stars subscription.
• Refunds and other legal claims: deleting your account doesn't remove any refund or other legal claim you already have.
• Telegram Stars balance: it belongs to your Telegram account, not to TonTV.

What about data held by others?

Data held by Telegram, ad partners or your wallet is outside TonTV's control. Contact them under their own policies. More in the Privacy Policy.
