What is VIP?

VIP is a digital membership that lasts 30 days from when your payment is confirmed. It is sold by TON Corporation. These terms come on top of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

• No ads. VIP skips the one video ad at the end of each episode (up to 15 seconds).
• Higher rewards if you choose. When you opt in to rewarded ads, each eligible ad earns a higher TP reward, up to a daily limit shown in the app. Daily limits are counted on Vietnam time (UTC+7).
• The same VIP however you pay. The benefits don't change with the way you pay.

TP is an in-app points balance with no cash value. It is not a way to earn money or income. See the TP Policy.

How do I pay, what does it cost, and does it renew?

• Telegram Stars: 1,000 Stars per 30 days. It renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Telegram collects the Stars each time.
• TP: 50,000 TP per 30 days. It does not renew automatically. You can have one TP-paid period at a time, and you can buy the next one in the last 3 days of the current period.

The price in money of your Stars depends on where and how you buy Stars from Telegram, and on taxes. Telegram sets the value of a Star, not TonTV. The price is always shown in the app before you pay.

If your Stars plan is renewing, you can't also buy a TP-paid period.

If we change the VIP price, the new price applies to purchases after the change. A Stars plan will not keep renewing at your old price. The app tells you, and you can renew at the new price to keep VIP.

These are the ways to pay today. If we add another, we will update this page and show its price and renewal rule before you pay.

What you see before you pay

Before you pay, the app shows a summary and the renewal rules: Stars VIP renews every 30 days until you cancel, and TP VIP is one 30-day period with no auto-renewal. Please read it. If you are under 19 in Korea, or under 18 elsewhere, you need a parent's or legal guardian's permission to buy VIP. Any stricter local rule also applies. In Korea, you or your legal guardian can cancel a purchase made without the consent the law requires. Once you start watching with VIP, the 7-day offer for unused VIP no longer applies. Your legal rights and refunds for our mistakes are not affected.

When does VIP start?

VIP is added to your account after Telegram confirms the payment. Closing the payment window, or seeing a “processing” screen, doesn't mean you have paid.

If you paid and don't see VIP, don't pay again. Contact support.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Open TonTV → Me → Subscriptions, tap Manage on the VIP card, turn off Auto-renew and confirm. The VIP page then shows auto-renew is off. You keep VIP until the end date shown. You can also cancel it in Telegram's subscription settings. Once cancellation is confirmed, we won't charge you again.

Cancelling renewal is not a refund, and asking for a refund doesn't cancel renewal. If you want both, do both.

VIP bought with TP never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

• Our 7-day refund offer: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of each VIP payment, including a renewal, if you haven't used VIP yet. Watching an episode while VIP is on counts as using it (the end-of-episode ad is skipped for you), and so does receiving the higher VIP reward on an ad. If you ask within the 7 days, you are on time even if we finish later.
• Your legal rights. This offer is separate from any withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights the law gives you; using VIP does not by itself remove those rights. If VIP was not delivered or did not work as described, contact us even after 7 days.
• Our mistake. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and didn't get VIP, we fix it or refund you, whatever the 7-day window says.
• How you are paid back. A refund goes back the same way you paid: Stars go back as Stars (we return them through Telegram), and TP goes back as TP.
• What a refund means. A refund ends the VIP it paid for.

Telegram doesn't refund Stars it sold you, and Telegram support can't solve purchases made in TonTV. If you bought Stars through Apple or Google, they have their own refund rules. TonTV handles requests about purchases made in TonTV.

How do I ask for help or a refund?

Write to support@tontv.io or send /paysupport to the TonTV bot. Tell us your Telegram username, the order or payment ID (you can find it in Telegram's list of your Stars transactions), the date you paid and a short description. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Never send passwords, login codes, bot tokens or full card numbers.

Fair use

VIP is for you, on your account. You can't share it, resell it or transfer it. If you abuse VIP (for example, by using scripts to collect rewards), we may end it without refunding the unused period, unless the law says we must refund you.

If VIP changes or ends

We may change VIP benefits. If a change removes a main benefit during a period you've paid for, you can ask for a refund of the unused part. If we stop offering VIP, we refund the unused paid period: Stars through Telegram, and TP as TP.
