What we collect
On this marketing site we collect: (1) information you submit via lead forms (name, email, organization, message), (2) anonymous usage analytics (page views, interactions) to improve the site, and (3) bot-open events when you open the official Telegram bot from the event page.
Founding Viewer Telegram bot
The event page opens the official Telegram bot. TonTV does not start a web Telegram sign-in flow or request phone-number permission from that page. When you press Start in Telegram, Telegram sends the bot your Telegram user ID and public profile fields such as first name, last name, and username. We store those fields to maintain the Founding Viewer list. If you tap Verify Join in the bot, we ask Telegram whether that Telegram user ID is a member of the official channel. Telegram handles your bot and channel actions under Telegram's own privacy policy.
How we use it
Lead-form details are used to respond to your inquiry. Analytics are used in aggregate to understand and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
We use service providers to operate the site, including cloud hosting, Google Sheets for legacy whitelist records, email delivery (Resend), and product analytics (PostHog). Each processes data under its own terms. The TonTV app, bot, and launch channel run inside Telegram, subject to Telegram’s privacy policy.
Retention & your rights
We keep lead data only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Founding Viewer bot records are kept for the duration of the founding program. You may request access to or deletion of your data at privacy@toncorp.io.
Do Not Track
We honor the browser “Do Not Track” signal and disable analytics when it is set.
